Booking Policy

Appointments are available by reservation only.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to begin your experience with a calm start and a short consultation.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to respect the next client’s time.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.

Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in a 40% service fee.

This policy allows us to honor the time reserved exclusively for you and maintain fair scheduling for all clients.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
